poor customer service and attitude from a manager

I'm a very angry and annoyed customer that has received bad service from your store a number of times but the incident that happened on the 19 April 2016 sums it all<br> <br> I made a call to mochachos at 12:15 for delivery , and had to wait for 1h30 minutes before the order arrived from the store which is literally 2 minutes away from my office,, I then made another call at 13:11 to the store to find out why was the food taking so long , I requested to speak to the manager on duty which the call was referred to MORNE who gave me attitude and told me there is nothing he can do about it , I told him I was not happy with the service and I'll be coming in to make a formal complaint about the incident his response was \whatever\", at round about 13:30 a gentleman was sent walking from the store to come deliver the food which I feel was very inappropriate to send someone by foot after the customer has been waiting for so long.when the order finally arrived the food was not up to standard I had to drive out of the office to go to the store personally , I requested to speak to the manager the response I got from him was NOTHING and he just asked me if i wanted the food or not then walked away."
