Poor customer service

Waitress seemed distracted while placing the order and after repeatedly correcting her to make a veggie Schwarma for my partner who does not eat meat, the order was still incorrect when I got home. I called to let the restaurant know but the waitress disagreed and insisted she did not get it wrong. She eventually called back and requested I return the order for the correct meal but I explained I had a teams meeting to attend and could send an Uber for my partner’s correct order as the store did not have delivery services. The waitress kept insisting I come back to the store. I do not appreciate the manner which the situation was dealt with. And for the store to treat us like we deliberated wanted a free chicken Schwarma for an individual whose a pescatarian was uncalled for. When the order eventually arrived, I could tell it was deliberately made super spicy just to spite us.

Mochachos at Grey owl Centurion, please do better( including the manager that allowed that whole situation to escalate.
