POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Highly annoyed as we order quiet often from this place and they always mess up our order but<br> we just accept it and don't complain. Now I have had enough,<br> When we phone and order to get our food delivered then our order comes so late that our food is cold,<br> then I ordered and told them that we will pick up, when we get to the shop they tell us they have delivered our food.<br> Today I have ordered at 12;30 three burgers, its now 14;15 and our food is still not here.<br> I phoned and spoke to the manager who told me that our order is not in the shop and will phone and let me know where the delivery guy is but has still not phoned which is terrible customer service.<br> Please help
