Poor Customer Service

i like take ways and fast foods. emphasis on fast. i placed an order for delivery at 11:20 on ***9. a simple burger combo with chips and a coke. it arrives at 12:50 with the chips cold and a coke zero. the shop is at most 15min away from my work. i will not order from them again cause they take long and if they dont forget your order like on a previous occasion then they get it wrong.
