Pathetic service from Kelvin store

Always receive pathetic service from the Kelvin branch with no hope In Sight for improvement. Ordered food at 4pm was told it will take 1 hour. Only received at 6 pm! 2 hours for delivery with no call to let me know of delay! Has happened before withe same excuse of the delivery bike broke down. This time I asked the driver and he didn't tell me of a breakdown. Seems they like to lie to customers. Also didnt receive cheese in my 2 cheese burgers. This the about the 5th time this has happened. ****************!
