Pathetic service.

Mochachos New Redruth has the worst service. I placed my order at 12:17 by 13:15 my order had still not arrived. I called in to speak to a manager and I was told to relax. My family and I was so hungry. Eventually when I finally received the food the burgers were soggy and cold. I sent the food back. You people should not be in the restaurant business. Your service is disgusting.
