PATHETIC Service and Attitude!!

Mochachos Melville has always been slow when it comes to producing food. Today was the last straw! My elderly father went in at 17:51 (exact time order 324 was placed) to get a simple shwarma and coke combo. Over half an hour later, with no hardly any customers mind you, the food had still not been made. When I finally went to query after a group of young gentlemen who came after us had been served, the lady goes back and says to the other making a shwarma that she must just give us that one because we are complaining, the lady making the shwarma clearly states it is not ours and the other lady proceeds to just grabbing it and carrying on to give us this that is not the same flavor. I would understand if this was really spectacular food that we getting and was totally worth the wait, but it simple is just not. It's just like any average joe fast food restaurant minus the fast part. And who knows whether there was spit in the food or not (we did throw it away). Complaining is just not enough. The lack of service is appalling and management needs to step in somewhere and get their staff into check. Please don't lose customers who find your restaurant convenient enough to eat at.
