Pathetic service

Called through order to Raisethorpe Mochachos in Pietermaritzburg at 18:11, arrived at 18:40 and by 19:10 my order was still not even ready, other patrons that came after me had left with their food. I feel due to me being a minority in the store other patrons were served faster than me being of a different ethnic group. I am really disappointed in the service i have received. good food does not cover pathetic service, the manager on duty said i needed to wait for 5 mins at 19:00 and never even came back to me after the 5 mins of waiting.
