Pathetic Mochachos Kelvin, Cohen Manager

Useless Store, I ordered 1/4 Leg piece Hot and stated 2 times on the Mr D order that I want the LEG piece. Got the breast piece. Called Cohen manager to rectify this, instead he gave me leg Lemon and herb, no skin on the chicken, definently a smaller piece with parts of the leg missing and soggy chips. I called to complain and give Cohen a chance to rectify this, as takeaways are expensive. He said sorry, no further action.

This is the 4th time I received pathetic service from Mochachos Kelvin. Always hoping that they would get it right and value my business, clearly they give a damn.
