Pathetic manager

The service in the New Reduth Square branch is appalling to say the least. When you walk in the front of house staff are not in uniform. Not one of them, they are all wearing casual clothes. At the counter, as a customer, you have to greet the cashier because they clearly don't feel that they need to do this as part of their job. The store was not busy! There were 2 or 3 other couples in the store when we arrived. We placed our order for 2 x Rump Schwarma and 1 x Potato wedges. I told the cashier the one was to have no onion and asked how long the order would take. I was told 10-15 min. After close to 25min I asked if they could please check to see how far the order was from done. The attitude i received from the cashier was shocking. I was going to cancel my order and ask for a refund but then received my food. I spoke to what I can only assume is the manager (he does not belong anywhere near customers) and tried to tell him my concerns. I was dismissed by him because all he did was look at me with a smug look on his face. No apology or anything. I left feeling really upset. The cherry on the cake was getting home and the one specific thing i asked for was on the food.. THE ONION. My hubby was unable to eat his meal as a result and after the reception i got from all the staff including the manager in the store there was no way i was going back there.
