Pathetic client service

Mochachos Cresta worst client service ever Order two meals from them via uber eats and they forgot one item. Logged the request to query via uber and their app was bombing out on that screen so I contacted Mochachos Cresta directlyrequesting a refund. Spoke to a supervisor on day 1, then a manager on day 2 , then was told they cannot assist me I need to query with uber eats. Shocking client service and I was debited for a meal item I did not receive. Left a google review and the owner refers me via online text to a person to call to collect free chips the NEXT time I order.There won’t be a next time, this Mochacho has the worst client service as is seen on the google reviews. I wont support again.
