Our and a half waiting period for ordered food

On Friday the 19th I ordered a meal from Mochachos in Bedfordview and only received my food an hour later ice cold. I sent it back with the driver who first gave me attitude because he was unwilling to come back and deliver a fresh and warm meal for the R 50 I spend on the food. The 2nd attempt was even worse, the food arrived an hour and 45 minutes later, after which I told the delivery guy to leave with the food. If I knew the 2Km to my work would take that long I would have fetched it myself. No perception of service delivery.
