Non-Existent customer service sies!

I tried to visit your store at MALL OF THE SOUTH on Friday after work,WORST decision of my life. There were no customers by the till but I was not even acknowledged. No smile, no “hello ma’am how are you,we will be with you just now. Nope! The manager saw me standing there and came to see what the cashier was busy with but she was also just as nonchalant as the rest of the staff. Ended up walking away and went to another restaurant where they know customer service. So disappointing because my colleagues always rave about your food but your staff needs training on customer service. Black on black *** service im highly disappointed!!!
