No Respect for employees

I went to the chain restaurant today and placed an order. While placing the order, the manager was openly screaming degrading, ****** remarks at a much younger employee. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and really put me off for their food. He was showing a lack of respect for the this employee's Human Rights. Like he was speaking to his naughty dog
