No delivery

Hi can you please help me I tried to order food on Sunday and they deducted my money the food was not delivered and I cant even get my order on the system.i called mochachos kelvin they cant pick up my order but my money is gone I ordered around 13:30 but my money was deducted after 18:00 and says mochachos sage I'm sure they can trace that. Maybe I chose the wrong mochachos I remember seeing Ola Amigos it was first time using the app I really need my money back.
