NEW LOOK, SAME **** SERVICE

<p>we placed a phone order at about 12:05pm, for a sit down at 1:30pm. We got there and paid for the order well before 1:30pm, we waited until 1:50pm and still got no food, rather excuses saying that beef takes time to prepare (although we place the order 80mins before we arrived). </p> <p>unfortunatly we couldnt wait any longer for the food so i asked for a refund and bought food elsewhere.</p> <p>we expected the service to match the new look of the store, but it sadly doesnt</p>
