Never answers the phone for delivery

Ever wandered why no one can get hold of mochachos new redruth to place an order for delivery.

Well let me tell you, I always thought they are extremely busy and that people kept on phone in for deliveries etc. so i would normally phone them around 50 times on a friday before i get through.

Well today i have found the problem, they answer the phone but never helps you. You can hear people screaming and taking orders etc i even got someones number over the phone. Lol..

They kept me on the phone for 16minutes before any one helped me.

Thats bad service... i just wanted to let the people know why you cant get hold of them! Ive taken a screenshot of the call just to proof it.
