Never again Mochachos disappointed for the last time!

you know its such a shame that i had actually given mochachos a chance again after much dislike with the quality of their meals, i really felt there was potential but the service and the quality of whoever makes this food, is there even any training given. everything i would order from them was horrible, dry or burnt. then i finally found something i enjoyed and they were good at making, the chicken shwarma, loved it, ordered at leats twice a week and also got my colleagues addicted to it so we were given the glen branch great business, until it got smaller and eventually it became a salad wrap. today i order again because i am really craving a dynamite wrap and am really hoping its brilliant like i know it can be, i even ask the lady on the phone to please not disappoint and please put chicken also and she says she will check and ensure its correct. when it comes and im eating i realise but this is not hot at all, only to find its mild!!! so instead of what i really wanted, i now feel naar with this mild salad wrap instead of the dynamite chicken wrap i so wanted. i phoned them and guess what they send,. a small tub of dynamite sauce and advise me to throw it in. like seriously guys!!!! the beauty of it was having it cooked into the chicken pieces. that was my last straw, im really over mochachos!
