Moulded food and bad service

We purchased combo meals from mochachos weltevreden park rock cottage in December last year and the there was green mould on our food, We took the food back and the cashier said they will make new food but with a bad attitude and as I exit the store I decided that I don't want new food and returned to say don't want new food but rather want my money back, I saw they was about to take the filling out and but in a new shawarma I took my money and left, I phoned head office and they said they will phone owner and come back to me up to now no one phoned or came to see me again. WILL NEVER BUY FOOD THERE AGAIN.
