Most Appalling Mochachos

So last year August I had a terrible experience at mochachos in Kelvin.

It was my wife's birthday we spent the weekend at Tsogo Sun in Morning Side. One of the meals we ordered were from Mochachos in Kelvin.

One burger was ordered without garnish and the other normal.

They sent both without garnish. No Sauce Zero spice Disgusting looking burger

The chips we old, shriveled up and had the most disgusting taste.

Anyways I sent a complaint Via the Link on the mochachos website.

I received feedback from them after a very long time. Store manager has zero customer support service skills. he is extremely rude and has a don't care attitude.

I was promised a family fiesta meal from Mochachos at any given time . I agreed.

About a month or so later I contacted the store to inform them that I was coming through for the meal that I was promised as a companion.

The manager went against his word and said that he couldn't compensate me for this. I was really upset and I still am about how they could turn on their word like that. He said that he'd give me a burger and chips. I said that he could have it as a charity but I would definitely be putting up a HELLO PETER complaint.

My thing is that mochachos isn't a cheap meal anymore. The least I expected my order to have been up to standard. As far as the owner is concerned,I think that he just doesn't give a damn. I requested that he called me back but zero....
