Mochachos very disappointing service

I ordered food via Mr D to collect. I got a receipt to collect at 6:28pm. When we got there the order was not ready. My husband continued to wait. By 7pm the food was still not ready. I placed my order at 6pm.

As reported by my husband people who arrived after he did got their food before we did.

We got our food after 7pm and was disappointed to say the least. Mochachos always serves good food but to our disappointment this was not the case. The chicken had no flavour and we ordered 6 strips and chips for my son. When I opened his box it was 6 small pieces of chicken. Like half of a strip. For R50 this is disgusting. Our food was rushed with no quality in mind at all. I spent R230 on our meal, which was wasted. The manager said they pushing orders out as it comes. I placed mine at 6. I got it an hour later and the quality was bad. My son couldn’t eat the strips because they were hard too.

Please can I get a response on this matter from Mochachos.
