Mochachos Trade Route Mall Lenasia

The experience was extremely bad poor(2022/12/30). The server or cashiers at the Trade Route Mall Mochachos are both inconsiderate and lazy. I ordered my food ( Burgermeal )and was informed of a 15min waiting period however i ended up waiting for over 30min. At the 17min mark i gave my slip to a Neo whom was also very rude and unmotivated to actually check how far my order was. Then a man came after that, ordered a full chicken and chips mean and received their order before me. I had to approach a different server whom went to the back and basically had my order prepared from scratch. Extremely dissatisfied and heartbroken at the service.
