Mochachos trade route mall

I think that shop needs to be closed or evaluated, i love mochachis but trade route mochachos gives me loss of appetite, 3red Tim this year i walk intona empty shop, no cashiers, I just wait at the till waitingbto order, the people are buddy in the pizza stations , waited 15mins as the 1st customer in line and I left without ordering cos the staff there is ***********. Please gire people that understand the job scope and understand customer care. Its crazy how you lose your love for a brand over a specific branch. Trade route mochachos needs improvement guys.
