Mochachoes The Zone bad experience

Myself and 5 members of my family visited the Mochachos Store at The Zone in Rosebank.

This was certainly the worst experience we had at any restaurant nevertheless a Mochachos and it was clearly not only us as I seen many people complaining.

Firstly when we arrived to have a sit down I noticed there was no place to sit so ordered the meal and told the cashier that someone was about to finish and could they keep the place for us. She handed me the table number 9 and said we should stand there and wait for the table till the people are done as she is busy.

There was a group of people who came after us and they were put to sit at another table before us. Nevertheless we found another table and sat down. The waitress came to clean our table and without noticing took the number away as well.

We waited about 40min for the food and when it arrived the food had to be sent back for multiple reasons, some which were correct was cold, others was the incorrect order with the incorrect drinks.

The chicken did not taste very well cooked as well.

The staff looked very confused constantly.

When we were done I asked for a box to put the leftover food and ever that never came until I went to the counter and was told the waitress had forgotten.

I took the time to provide this feedback as I am very disappointed.
