Mochachos the glen bad customer service

Mochachos the Glen ****ed up my order. I am not to fussed about the money aspect of it but the way it was handled was very poor. Once I called and informed them the guy was friendly and apologised for the error and would send the missing items. More than 3 hours passed and nothing came. When I called back they said that they didnt know how to get a hold of me and said they still waiting for a driver. If you are an organisation that has made a mistake, you should have the decency to correct and ensure it has been corrected in a suitable time frame.
