Mochachos, Terrible Service, Cape Town

Ordered food from them using Mr D Food, just as the order was accepted by Mochachos they cancelled it, only to find out that they did not have any chicken ? In Cape Town and they have no Chicken. What was worst is that instead of crediting me the amount they issued a refund which I had to wait 3 days for, they should have given the food for free when they eventually got chicken ...
