MOCHACHOS STELLENBOSCH 2 THINLY SLICED CHICKEN STRIPS WITH CHIPS SOLD AS A GATSBY FOR R179.99

I purchased a Mochachos Full Chicken Gatsby (half with garnish, half without garnish) and a Bottle of Extra Hot Sauce. We had load-shedding in the area and were expecting a guest. So this was my plan for supper. Got home and on dishing up discovered that the order was not made up as requested. The half without garnish had a slice of tomato and the half with garnish only had lettuce. On expecting which piece is the one with garnish and the one without I discovered that there were two meager strips of chicken on the entire gatsby. I had to go out and purchase something else for supper. I called Mochachos the next day and was first told that Dumisa is the manager. On speaking to Dumisa I was informed that the Manager is not there now and he will be back in 10 minutes afterwhich he will contact me. I waited an hour and called again. Only to be informed that he was out and the message was not even conveyed to him. I then explained the situation and he assured me that he will get back to me after watching the footage. He called me again later as he had the time on the order wrong. He then asked whether I could send him a copy of the slip which I did via whatsapp. He then informed me that he will be communicating with me via whatsapp. I called him again today as he did not even get back to me... Only to tell me that according to the footage the gatsby was made to standard. A gatsby with two thinly sliced chicken strips for R179.99 WOW MOCHACHOS STELLENBOSCH....pathetic service.
