Mochachos Southgate Mall bad service.

Mochachos Southgate mall, has the worst customer experience ever. 1stly The long wait for a normal burger is 45 minutes long. 2ndly This has been the 4th time coming to this franchise and they never have chicken strips in stock. 3rdly the Waiters attitide stinks, when asking her who her manager is she doesnt even know his/her name. Their cooldrinks are out of stock. The waiter is cobstantly on her phone not bothering about the customers.

This store would be better off if its closed or if under new management .
