Mochachos run around

So Mochachos is advertising a burger special......buy 2 and get 1 free. However.... Only SOME stores are participating!! This resulted in me going to 2 different branches both of which aren't participating in this promotion. Big waste of time and petrol!! Either have the promotion or don't..... Not half half maybe maybe not.😡
