Mochachos Rivonia Bad experience.

I am really sad about the service i received from mochachos Corner Rivonia Boulevard and Mutual Road. I placed for a schwarma at Mr D the schwarma bread was off it was too try and I could taste that it was burnt. Im surprised that they delivered me such food which could even lead to food poisoning.I called the store I asked to speak t manager one of the workers left me hanging to start a conversation with another colleague and they were laughing as if I was not on the line. I had to callback this time I got through to the manager she did not apologise she just asked me to send pic I sent her to her whatsapp no she provided but no one responded after I sent the pictures. Poor customer service especially from the manager its like she did not care. “I was hoping for a better experience, and I just wanted to share my feedback. I’d really appreciate it if this could be addressed.”
