Mochachos Ridgeway

I am a regular at the Ridgeway Mochachos for a good couple of months . Every time I come here there's new or different cashiers and managers which determines the quality of my order. I placed and order on Tuesday the 22 May 2018 and when I got home the burger was soft and raw not done at all yet I asked for extra well done. . I ordered the Ramadaan Chicken burger fiesta meal. I immediately called the manager and notified him of this and said I stay a distance away so I cannot come and exchange it. So he said no problem I will note it done and will give you a full meal the next you come here for the inconvenience. Today 27th May 2018 I come to the store and the story is changed. He says he will not give me a meal but only the burger. This is utterly disgusting customer service. This puts me off because the next time I come here I don't know if my meal will be the same. I rather will go support another franchise who treats their customers better.

At first when I first came to this Mochachos I've had excellent service from Rashaad and he would always make sure that his customers were happy
