Mochachos putting staff under extreme pressure

Went to Mochachos having stopped at Estcourt Ultra city. It was extremely busy and yet so severely short staffed. Only one cashier was open with about 15 people waiting in line and only other lady available to ensure all customers got their orders ( take aways and sit down). The employees were under tremendous pressure with such a severe lack of staff and the food took about 40minutes to prepare. The customers were agitated as they were traveling and had to get back on the road to arrive at their destinations. Credit must go to the 2 employees Sipho and especially Thembheka who tried their best to cope under such strenuous working conditions..especially the table of 12 people who were very demanding. I really think that the owners of this franchise should look into employing more cashiers/waitrons instead of putting current employees under such stress and in turn making customers wait for prolonged periods of time for 'fast' food!
