Mochachos overport

Mochachos is one of my favorite places to eat I always get the best service and best food I feel one of their best branches is in Mayfair (Johannesburg) Unfortunately the Mochachos franchise / branch in overport is pathetic Evertime I've ordered from them I've been dissatisfied. This time was the worst, I had been feeling abit lazy today and decided to order via uber eats I had ordered their 2x burritos special (hot) And then ordered chips Firstly my order was just given to me in a plastic packet, and not the normal mochachos paper bag that they put their food in. My order had arrived to me without chips. I was quite disappointed with this as I was looking forward to that as mochachos has one of the best fried chips in the industry, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and spiced perfectly . So I decided to drive to the store to fetch my chips that was forgotten with my order personally as it isn't that far from me. The only reason that I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the amazing service from the supervisor that afternoon, he had no issue with giving me what they had forgotten and was extremely friendly. Unfortunately when I received the chips It was one of the worst I've ate They were warm/cold and sloppy and soft, I've never known mochachos chips to ever be soft and floppy. Felt like they have been made ages ago and was just sitting there. As for the burritos the tortilla bread was hard and chewy I had ordered hot, and the hot was probably not even close to mild, I know what their hot and mild, extra hot and dynamite tastes like as I order from the different franchises quite often, the filling barely had any chicken in the inside there was like just alittle chicken in the middle and it was just filled with sauce hardly any cheese either,. Usually when I order from other branches the chicken is filled properly to the brim and not just filled with sauce inside to make it look full. Really dissatisfied with this specific franchise, they really need to pick up their standards, it's disappointing! Cannot find their email address either
