Mochachos Ormonde, poor service

I'd like to express my sincere dissatisfaction with the level of service received from Mochachos. It was on a Friday, walked into the store at 19.55. My ordered of medium chips was placed at 20.21. People that came after me and had ordered full chicken meal, for their order before me. I only got my order at 20.46. Image almost an hour in a store for a packet of chips. The lady at the till didn't give a sincere apology.

It's probably the third time that I've ordered at Mochachos Ormonde and have received this kind of treatment. Have let it slide previously, but this kind of behavior must be condemned and addressed.

I'm writing this so that other patrons may get a better service, as I am not sure if I'll ever set foot there ever again.

I like their food, but the service is not worth my time.
