Mochachos Northgate disgusting customer service!!!!

I ordered Mochachos via Uber Eats App last week Friday 13th Nov. My food never arrived, so i decided to go to the northgate Mochachos and get assistance from them to help me find out where my order was.. When i get to the store a gentleman was behind the counter and i explained the situation to him regarding not receiving the order and showed him the reference number on my phone. He just looked at me blankly and showed no intrest of assisting.. Then Said to me that i should contact Uber Eats and he can do nothing to assist and he did it with such a Corky attitude. I responded to him that he is so corky and the service is really pathetic.. Then comes the Manager, With even more of a condescending attitude to say to me If you were nice to my staff memeber, his a good guy and he would have helped you.. I was even more shocked at what i was hearing... All i wanted was assistance with getting my food. And here im being told i needed to be nice to get assistance. And because i said his staff member is corky , the manager said they will not help me!!!!!! No customer service and so much of disrespect was shown to me because i was a lady. I was so appauled at the service , That i just walked out the store and will never support them again!!!!!! Disgusted that you have such people working for your franchise!
