Mochachos Northcliff Corner

This is not the first time I have had bad service or a bad meal from this branch, unfortunately it is the closest branch to where I work. I have been to many different Mochachos branches as I love the food but the service, quality of the meal and just overall experience is always below par. Today I walked in there was one table with two people waiting for their order. 30 Minutes later we asked where our food was, not once during this time did we get anyone come to apologize for making us wait, not once was I asked if I would like my drink so long. the fridges are hardly ever stocked with drinks so you maybe have one or two options to choose from which is shocking. finally my chicken arrived it was hard and dry that I battled to cut it, when I asked for some sauce they tell me that they out of sauce, how can a whole Mochachos branch run out of sauce that is shocking and this all comes down to poor management of this branch. I don't see these problems at other branches. I will not support this branch anymore as they do care about the people walking in to it!!
