Mochachos New Redruth- horrible service from the owner Shamima

MOCHACHOS NEW REDRUTH- TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE OWNER SHAMIMA!!!

I called and placed an order at 19:20 on the 26/06/2020 Shamima answered and took our order, when I asked for the total she said she can't give it to me due to the fact that all the tills was very busy and she was writing it down, but someone will call us back with the price shortly. She said they were very busy and delivery would be an hour and a half and we said that was okay. Almost an hour later nobody called back and we couldn't get through to the store. At 20:35 we finally got through to the store and Phillip the driver answered. It turns out our order was never put through in the first place after all that time. Phillip was amazing he was very apologetic and even though it was time for him to go he offered to make sure that the order was done quickly and it was delivered in the next 20 minutes as promised.

I called the store today (27/06/2020) and it was Shamima who answered again and we asked to speak to a manager she said she was the owner. We were shocked to find out that she's actually the owner. When we told her that she did not place the order and that we were very upset, she made excuses about pick ups which had nothing to do with us as it was a order for delivery. She was rude on the phone and instead of making excuses she should have just apologised from the start. When I told her that I was very unhappy about the service and I won't be ordering from them again she said that's fine sorry thank you bye. When I spoke to Phillip last night and I told him this was unacceptable and I doubt we would order from them again he apologised several times and said we are regular customers and he values us... this coming from the driver rather than owner. Phillip thank you kindly for your assistance. Shamima I don't know how you got to be a owner but your attitude and people s****s stink.
