Mochachos Meyerton Bad Food Quality!

after placing my order i waiter about an hour for it to be delivered , i called and asked how far they were with my order and they called back informing me that the deliveries wasn't open yet but they finished my food and it is on its way(i wasn't informed that deliveries open later on my initial order call) when i finally received my food it was ice cold as if it was kept in a fridge. not the quality of food i expect from Merton branch
