Mochachos Meyerton

The Mochachos in Meyerton is completely and utterly terrible! The customer service does not exist, the waiters are rude and lie about waiting times and availability of food, I went and ordered food and they said there was ABSOLUTELY NO rice , so it would be an hours wait, I proceeded to pay and waited , after the hour my director went to them and they claimed the rice was ready the entire time and they didn't have to wait, was it to make me look bad Infront of my bosses who knows but the behavior and manor was disgusting. The owner also made me sign up for a loyalty program and our compony orders at this establishment often and i have still not yet received any rewards back (The supposed R100 off your next meal). Not to mention the quality of food is never the same ,nor the portions or flavor ever stay consistent. They have definitely lost a lot of loyal customers with us.
