Mochachos Mall of Africa- Rude & ****** Staff

The staff at the Mall of Africa franchise are rude and do not care about customers. They are also ******.

The brand on its on does not even attend to customer complaints, I logged one on 25 February using the preferred reporting channels from Mochachos but to date my correspondence was not responded to.
