Mochachos Mall@55 Centurion

I placed an order on the Mr D App, my order had meant to arrive at 21:01. I called the Mr Delivery customer service which I stayed online for over an hour. I eventually called the store the manager gave me a lame excuse that Mr Delivery has not collected the order and that he has been waiting since 19:00. I then asked the manager that at the time you saw no orders were being collected what has he done on his end or what is the process instead of accepting more orders clearly this is simply common sense. I know very well that I'm a loyal customer to that Mochachoes and to add they called on numerous occasions if their systems were down to verify if it was I who placed an order, surely this counts as confirmation yet the manager was unable to answer me on that. I asked again what is the process of accepting orders he stated orders are placed on a Tablet and that is where he received communication from Mr D regarding their backlog. I requested that he forward that information so that I can take it up which he was unable to and immediately suspect this is not true. .... My answer remains why still accept orders and wait for customers to call in..... I then asked why was no communication sent? he stated that they are not provided with customer contact details yet you have my address and you know who I am..... please don't insult my intelligence.
