Mochachos Kelvin not up to standard

<p>Very disappointed at the service that we received at the Mochachos in Kelvin. </p> <p>First of all, every single time you call the store to place a take away order, the phones ring continuously. We decided to go to the store to order and was greeted, or should I say snubbed, by a very rude and abrupt cashier. We in any event placed our order and waited for about 45mins before we received our order. While we were waiting the phone rang again and again while the cashier sat at the front desk or went to the back and stuffed her face and came back chewing away. Might I just add, we were the only customers in the store. When we asked her why doesn't she answer the phone because we tried a couple of times before we came in she gave us a blank stare as to say she doesn't know what I'm talking about. We have however never had a problem with the food up until today.</p> <p>We ordered a variety of food today of one which was the toasted chicken mayo sandwich. To our disappointment when we sat down to eat, our sandwiches were so dry it looked like we could not even bite through the sandwich without having our palates scratched. That was not all we had a mayo and lettuce sandwich as the chicken in the half of the sandwich which I had was literally 2 strips of about less than 1 cm thick. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think that the owner definitely needs to do something about their staff and service as they are not a busy store but yet the service is atrocious.</p>
