Mochachos kelvin health hazard

i have video footage of mochachos staff working with customers food without protective gloves on ...in the footage you can see staff rubbing their noses eating bits n pieces and then licking their fingers clean while at the same time grabbing food and placing it in a customers plate ........utterly disgusting
