Mochachos Hatfield lack of staff to provide decent service

This evening Saturday 10 July 2021 after 7pm i had an order to pick up and deliver to a customer from Mochachos in Hatfield in Pretoria, however upon arrival i found 10 other food delivery drivers waiting some of whom been waiting almost an hour.

After enquiring with an employee who was manning the counter for both us and walk-in customers by herself, it became clear that her other colleagues didnt show up and now she was left to deal with aggrevated customers on her own. It took me almost an hour to get the order this is totally unacceptable from Mochachos as they should have handled this better and easier by providing more staff in the evenings when orders are more since its customers and food delivery drivers. Despite this terrible situation the employee tried her best but the company need to pull up its socks
