Mochacho's Ghandi Square an appetite spoiler

The worst experience ever at the Mochachos Ghandi square, got there at 14:10 had my order taken at 14:24 Some random guy decides to cut the queue who was behind me cos I was squinting trying to view the menu from the queue, Yoh guys work on bettering your menu fonts its not helping. The cashier just ignored me as if she didn't see me, that I was supposed to be next. I personally called the guy to order and told him you don't do that! You don't jump the queue as if you don't see me. just because the service here is tedious and slow, don't you dare. Then paid, To my disbelief my order came at 14:50. To my surprise while I was there I got a nudge to look at what I ordered it was raw the chicken chicama what what it was crusty outside and all, but when I got to the inside it was doughy and gooey. The so called manager didn't have my time for me, she went at the back. I yelled for my refund. This was the first time I was buying from there definitely the last. Definitely an appetite spoiler that place yuck.
