Mochachos Eastgate Shopping Centre is the worst

Yesterday 25 June 2025 i ordered from Mochachos Eastgate 2x shwama and 2x chips, only 2x shwama was delivered. i called the the restaurant immediately while the driver was still there and they said they will send it back with another driver and they are aware of the mistake that was at 13h50 and the order was placed at 12h00. during the day i called the restaurant 5 times querying the same order, 3 different people including 1 male answered the phone and they all took my details but still no delivery of my food until i knocked off work at 15h00, today is the next day 26 June 2025 and nobody has bothered to call me and apologize as it was their fault. they don't even deserve a 1 star because they are very ***********.
