Surprised that the cresta branch is still open with the way they treat their clients,I am disappointed and disturbed knowing that every cent counts when you in business especially with the high overheads you carry,then we hire *********** staff that acts like they own the premises steering your clients in the opposite direction,terrible service,trying to cut costs and corners,it's not the first time but this is certainly the last time we set foot in your store,steers cresta grabbed us with open arms,I can clearly see who wants to prosper more.chicken licken cresta had similar had similar issue and look where they ended up(shutting doors),don't do it for me do it for all your new and current clients,treat them with respect,give them what they pay for and most of all be kind,it will take you a long way Kind regards The one that got away
