Mochachos chips seems old

Mochachos Wilgeheuwel- it is the 2nd time we have had Chicken burgers and chips meals and the chips seems like it is old or prepared in advance and became old/stale. I contacted the branch today 2023-03-21 at 17h20 and the indication was that they are aware of the problem, it is not the chips being old, it is a problem they have with the supplier they use. Surely then it should not be sold or sorted?
