Mochachos Chicken

Hi. Today i purchased half a chicken and chips from Mochachos Laudium. The chicken was hard and burnt. Seems like they cook the chicken during lunch time and reheat them when needed causing the chicken to be hard, dry and crunchy. I could actually taste the burnt taste from the chicken. Unfortunately i dnt have my own car so i couldn't return it. They chips wer also hard like it was reheated.

I would like you to pls address this matter as it isnt the first time this happened. I paid R92-00 for the meal which was a total disappointment.
