Mochachos Carlswald Midrand is a horrible place to eat at

Today 08/06/2018 my colleagues and I went to Mochachos @ Carlswald Centre in Midrand for our lunch. The store was empty so we were the ONLY ones that they needed to attend to, but instead they didn't care. There was no welcome or at least a **** smile from the cashiers, instead they were busy chatting to each other. After they dragged themselves to get our orders, and waited for it because it was a takeaway. As we waited the kitchen staff finished our order and place it on the warmer for the cashier to pack and give to us, instead we waited several minutes watching our orders just laying there and the cashier didn't care. When she finally gave it to us it was another drag while she's chatting to the others, not even worried about us. So I took the number that is pasted on the computer for complaints and queries called to complain, but the respond I got was shocking. The person on the line as so rude before he even heard what the complain was about he wanted to jump to a defense by asking me how many customers are in the store, when I told him it was just us he said to me " listen here sweety don't complain to me, let me call the staff and ask them what's happening" and he hung up.... Long story short, Mochachos Carlswald in Midrand is a cold and horrible place, staff AND management are very unproffessional. To even make worse, the Shwarma I ordered turned out to be "lettuce pita sandwich" very bad. It doesn't even deserve a single star rating
